Last October 3, 2025, I had the wonderful chance to visit the grand opening of EasyBrand’s first-ever Easy Training Center in Quezon City. It was an exciting day filled with food, fun, and inspiration especially because I also got to meet Chef Boy Logro, the Filipino chef we all know and love!

A New Home for Culinary Learning

The Easy Training Center is designed to be more than just a kitchen classroom, it’s a place for hands-on learning and real-world experience. Here, you don’t just follow recipes; you learn how to turn your passion for food into a business.

Leading the way is Chef Boy Logro, the proud ambassador of EasyPro, who has been part of the EasyBrand family for six years now. During our chat, he shared how grateful he is for the opportunity to inspire others through this partnership.

“I’m so blessed to be part of EasyPro,” Chef Boy told us. “The quality of EasyBrand products is really good — masarap, abot kaya, at panghanapbuhay para sa mga Pilipino.”

He even mentioned that he uses EasyBrand products in his own restaurant and culinary school in Davao. For him, EasyBrand isn’t just a product, it’s a partner in helping Filipinos achieve success.

Star-Studded and Flavor-Filled Launch

Aside from Chef Boy Logro, we were treated to a fun and flavorful experience with special guest Rufa Mae Quinto, who brought her signature humor and energy to the event. She joined in the cooking demo, showing how easy it is to whip up delicious dishes using #EasyBrand products and of course, she made everyone laugh along the way!

Adding more excitement to the day, the Mr. and Miss Chinatown 2025 candidates were also present. They joined the cooking activities and shared how EasyBrand products make preparing food faster, simpler, and more creative — perfect for busy lifestyles or even for starting a small food business.

Learn and Grow with EasyBrand

The Easy Training Center offers a variety of programs that suit different needs and schedules:

EasyPro® (3-day module): Covers culinary operations, the difference between traditional methods and the Easy way, and ends with a practical exam.

Easy® Beverage (1-day program): Hands-on training for coffee, milk tea, mocktails, and cocktails — ideal for café and beverage lovers.

Easy® Signature (2-day program): Advanced culinary techniques and creative recipes for professional-level cooking.

Every program is guided by industry experts and EasyBrand ambassadors who are passionate about teaching and sharing real kitchen experience.

Chef Boy Logro on Life Beyond Television

Of course, We asked Chef Boy about his life after TV. He said he’s thankful for his long career on screen but is now more focused on his family, business, and farm.

“I’m already 70 years old,” he said with a smile. “Okay na po, it’s time for the younger generation to shine. I’m happy teaching and sharing what I’ve learned.”

Hearing him speak with such warmth and humility was truly inspiring, proof that passion never fades, it just grows in new directions.

Long-Term Support for Future Entrepreneurs

After the grand opening, Easy Training Center aims to continue helping and guiding aspiring entrepreneurs. Through hands-on training using EasyBrand products, participants learn how to make the most out of ingredients while being creative and efficient.

In the coming years, Easy Training Center plans to expand across the country, becoming a go-to place for learning about food and beverage business. Their goal is to help more Filipinos start and grow their own food ventures.

This grand opening is just the start of a lasting mission, to build a new generation of chefs, café owners, and business-minded individuals who are skilled in both cooking and entrepreneurship.
