Staying true to its goal of promoting the arts and humanities even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, The UPLB Com Arts Society is all set to launch the Eureka Masterclass Series 2020 on November 20-22.
It will feature workshops on Zine Making, Digital Marketing, and Creative Leadership to be given by the organization’s proud alumni who are now seasoned professionals in their respective fields.
Writer and Educator John Daryl Alcantara will hold the first workshop entitled “Small Pressing Issues: Alternatibong Paglilimbag sa Panahon ng Neoliberalismo” on November 20 at 7-9 PM.
The second day will feature Certified Digital Marketer Elizele Odigie’s workshop on “Digital Marketing Raket 101: How to Start Digital Marketing and Grow Your Raket (on the side)” at 3-5 PM.
Youth Development Specialist Kiko Miranda will close the three-day event on November 22 at 3-5 PM with “Leading Change: Harnessing Creativity as a Leadership Style,” which aims to provide leaders with new tools to successfully lead high performance teams.
“The UPLB ComArtSoc will continue to provide an alternative learning venue on the different areas of communication, especially now that the COVID-19 pandemic poses pressing challenges to education.” said John Peter Angelo Garcia, program head of the said event.
