To celebrate the much-anticipated release of Coldplay’s new single, “Higher Power”, Warner Music Philippines partnered with One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization that focuses on global reforestation, to plant trees across the globe and help restore forests.
Inspired by the British rock band’s commitment to being climate positive and eco-conscious, the Warner Music Philippines team planted 600 trees in forests in the Philippines in behalf of the label’s friends in the media and the press as it announced the new single. Tree recipients were then sent personalized digital planting certificates that they can share online. The reforestation initiative replaced traditional press kits for the campaign and became the label’s way to strengthen the band’s pledge to focus on sustainability.
